The Beauty Suite Booking Policy
At The Beauty Suite, we value your time and ours. To ensure every client receives the best experience, please take a moment to read through our booking policy before making your appointment.
Deposits
A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Your fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred once, provided sufficient notice is given (see cancellation policy below).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Grace Period & Lateness
A 15-minute grace period is given for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
Please aim to arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment.
Patch Tests
A patch test for tinting is required at least 24 hours before your first lash appointment.
Aftercare & Infills
To maintain your lashes, infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
Arriving with less than 40% of your extensions remaining will be considered a full set.
Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup or mascara) to ensure the best results.
Photos & Social Media
Before and after photos may be taken for portfolio and social media purposes.
Please let me know if you prefer not to have your photos used.
